Haileybury College, in the prestigious APS schoolboys competition are seeking highly motivated and driven coaches to work alongside Head Coach Matthew Lloyd and Assistant Coaches, Collingwood champion Scott Pendlebury and former Essendon All Australian Cale Hooker.
We see this as a wonderful opportunity for the successful candidates to enhance their coaching journey working underneath and alongside a wealth of coaching experience.
One candidate could fulfill two roles or they may be split into three dependent on the applicants experience and time constraints.
Objectives:
A passion for developing young men in a high performing environment.
Strong communication skills working with players, coaches, parents and staff.
An ability to work in a collaborative environment to meet the ongoing goals of this elite program.
An ability to build positive working relationships with key stake holders at Haileybury College.
Experience/Qualifications:
AFL Foundation Coaching Accreditation - Level 1 or higher required.
Previous Coaching experience at community, local or school level.
