The AFL Coaches Association comprises the game’s elite coaches, some of whom are available to provide you with expert one-on-one coaching.
The coaching can be done through a range of platforms either online using leading technology or face-to-face.

One on One Football is an online platform connecting AFL accredited coaches with footballers for private skills sessions, Australia wide. Like their name they offer One to One Sessions or small group sessions up to six. Founded by Andrew Raines in 2018, One on One Football has grown significantly around the country with over 120 coaches available and sessions completed in every state and territory.
"One on One” has also launched a range of online programs to cater for at home training during lock down. Another service launched recently is an exciting new service called Scout. This is where a coach can be booked to watch a footballers game and give a digitalised match summary benchmarked against what recruiters are looking for in the modern AFL or AFLW player.
